Chef Patrick is a Naples born Florida native with a lifelong love of the sea and a deep respect for fresh seafood. His early career began at the Hyatt Coconut Point in Estero, Florida, where he developed discipline, technique, and a strong commitment to hospitality. His craft was later shaped inside Michelin starred kitchens, including Thomas Keller’s Bouchon in Yountville, California, and several acclaimed Manhattan restaurants. His New York experience includes Oceana, a one Michelin star seafood focused kitchen, along with stages at the three Michelin star Le Bernardin and The Modern at the Museum of Modern Art. These influential kitchens refined his classical foundation, strengthened his fish technique, and inspired the precise, ingredient centered style that guides his work today.

His journey continued through celebrated kitchens such as Vespaio in Austin, where Italian farm to table cooking became a meaningful influence. He later helped open and run restaurants in Omaha and expanded his experience through private chef work in Miami Beach and catering throughout Naples, each chapter adding depth, creativity, and balance to his approach.
