I grew up in Naples, Florida, with salt air in my lungs and a deep pull toward the sea. That connection never left me, and it's what brought me back to the Gulf Coast to open this restaurant with a team that shares the same passion for honest, thoughtful cooking.

My foundation was built close to home at the Hyatt Coconut Point, where I developed discipline, technique, and a real respect for hospitality. From there the path went north, through some of the most demanding kitchens in New York: Oceana, a Michelin-starred seafood house; stages at the three-star Le Bernardin; and The Modern at MoMA. Time in Thomas Keller's Bouchon in Napa sharpened my classical instincts, while Vespaio in Austin introduced me to the kind of ingredient-driven cooking that still guides everything we put on the plate.

Years of opening restaurants, cooking privately in Miami Beach, and catering throughout Naples all shaped the way we approach food here.
